How do I add additional users to my account?
From the "User list" menu you can create as many user profiles as you need; the language and permissions of each user are configured per profile. You will only be able to log in as many users at the same time as licenses you own.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login page at app.dgassistant.com click "Forgot password" and follow the link sent to your email. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder or write to support.
Why does my session get closed when colleagues log in?
Because the number of users connected at the same time has reached the number of licenses you own. The system warns the older session and frees the slot for the newcomer. Either coordinate logouts or add an extra license.
Where can I check the status and expiration of my licenses?
From the left-hand menu open Licenses → "License list". You will see each license, its status and its expiration date.
