Who issues my invoices?
It depends on how you bought. Purchases through the online store and their automatic renewals are billed by FastSpring, our payment processor. Quotes paid by bank transfer are invoiced directly by DGAssistant Software.
Where do I find my invoice?
If you bought via FastSpring, the order confirmation email from mailer@fastspring.com contains a direct link to the invoice. If you paid by bank transfer, we send the invoice in PDF as soon as we register the transfer.
How can I change details on an invoice — company name, address, VAT ID, email?
For FastSpring invoices, please contact support@fastspring.com directly with your order number; they handle invoice modifications. For invoices issued directly by DGAssistant, write to us with the change you need (company name, address, tax ID, billing email…) and we reissue.
Can you provide a VAT or tax-residence certificate for my accounting team?
Yes. Some finance departments require an up-to-date tax-residence certificate (for Spanish customers, the AEAT certificate) from us for accounting validation and payment processing. Just ask and we will share it together with our standard tax data.
