How to find pricing, ask for a quote and pay.
Where can I see DGAssistant pricing?
Standard pricing is published in our online store at https://sites.fastspring.com/dgassistant/. From there you can buy any standard combination of licenses with a credit card or PayPal. For non-standard scenarios we issue a custom quote.
How do I request a custom quote?
Tell us how many concurrent users you need, which regulations you need (IATA, IMDG, ADR) and whether you also need the API and how many shipment packs (1,500 each). We will reply with a formal quote that includes our bank details and any applicable volume discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept two main flows. (1) The online store, processed by FastSpring (PCI Level 1) — credit card or PayPal, fully self-service, takes around five minutes from purchase to active licenses. (2) Bank transfer (SEPA / IBAN) — we send a quote with our bank details, you transfer the amount, and we activate your licenses as soon as the payment receipt arrives.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, and it is the most common method. The bank account details are included in every quote we issue. Use the quote/invoice number as the transfer reference and send us the remittance proof so we can match it and activate immediately. We typically activate licenses temporarily for one month so you can already use the product, and then extend to a full year once the transfer is received.
Do you accept PayPal or credit cards?
Yes — both are handled through the FastSpring online store. They are the fastest way to get started: you enter your details, complete the purchase, and the activation codes arrive by email.
