Redundancy

Everything in DGAssistant is at least duplicated and often triplicated. As with an aircraft, where almost every system has a spare, the database, the application server and the file system are duplicated so that a failure in one of them is not a failure of the service.

Monitoring

The service runs every day of the year and is watched by two internal systems and two external ones, which notify our technicians of any incident so that it is analysed and resolved immediately, usually before a customer notices.

Data centres and backups

The data centres meet the strictest safety and quality requirements, and backup copies are made daily in two independent locations, because redundancy that lives in one building is not redundancy.

Any screen, without installing anything

The interface adapts automatically to almost any screen size. Once products and consignees are defined, a consignment can be created and received using only a touchscreen, with no keyboard at all.

On a large display the lists use all the space available, which is what you want when reviewing. On a laptop or a tablet the layout adjusts by itself, and on a phone the side and search panels can be folded away to leave room for the data.
