Share documents with your customers
You can upload your documents and share them with your customers: safety data sheets, certificates, homologations, procedures or anything else. Each document can be private to your company, shared with every customer, or shared only with the groups of companies, companies and plants you choose, or with the customers associated with the activities you select.
Every document takes a description, so the set can be searched instead of browsed. That is the difference between a document repository that gets used and one that everybody bypasses by sending attachments again.
Documents can be organised in as many folders as you want, and moved from one to another as the way you work changes.
