What arrives is recorded, not retyped

DGAssistant records the receipt of hazardous materials and hazardous chemicals with the same data model as a shipment, so what arrives at the plant is registered once and can be consulted, filtered and exported afterwards.

That record is what makes the annual report of the safety adviser a query instead of a reconstruction: the quantities per substance, per class and per supplier are already there, with their dates.

Suppliers are managed inside the application, so a receipt is a matter of choosing one and confirming what came in.

Empty and uncleaned, back to the supplier

From a receipt the application creates, with one click, the documentation needed to send back empty uncleaned packagings, containers or vehicles, with the wording that 5.4.1.1.6 of the ADR requires for the residue of the substance that traveled inside.

It is the movement that most often travels with the wrong paperwork, because the load is gone and the hazard is not. The application treats it as what it is: a hazardous materials shipment with its own document.

The checklist of the unloading

Each receipt carries its verification checklist, with the points that apply to what has arrived: marking of the packages, condition of the load, equipment that the operation requires and the actions to perform before, during and after the unloading.
