Encrypted communications, from wherever you work

The connection between your browser and DGAssistant is encrypted with a 2048-bit certificate issued by a recognized certification authority. It works exactly as it does with your bank and it is transparent for the user, who simply signs in.

So even if you connect from an open Wi-Fi network or from a shared computer, your data and your password travel protected and are of no use to anyone watching the network.

Who sees what

Encryption protects the journey; permissions protect the content. Each user works at the level their role requires -work center, company or group- and only sees the data of the organization they belong to.

Shared documents follow the same rule: private to your company, shared with every customer or shared only with the groups and companies you choose.

Your data, and only yours

The information of each customer is kept separate from that of the rest, backup copies are made daily in two independent locations and the service runs in the region you choose, which matters when the data must stay within a given jurisdiction.
