Free trial and getting started

How to try DGAssistant before committing and what to expect during onboarding.

How can I try DGAssistant before paying?

You can try the system for 15 days without any obligation by clicking "Free TRIAL" in the upper-right corner of our website. No credit card is required, no obligation to buy and no automatic conversion to a paid subscription.

How long is the trial and what does it include?

The trial lasts 15 days and gives you full access to the application for the regulations you choose (IATA, IMDG, ADR), so you can create real shipments end-to-end — products, participants, transport documents, checklists, package marking and reports.

Is there a user manual?

DGAssistant is designed so the regulation is enforced by the application itself rather than left to the user to memorize: every field has contextual help, mandatory fields are highlighted on demand, and validations explain what’s missing and why. For step-by-step walkthroughs of IATA, IMDG and ADR flows we maintain the how-to guides and a video library at https://www.dgassistant.com/en/features/. For specific questions the in-app "support / feedback" button reaches us directly.

How do I get started quickly with my real data?

We provide Excel templates so you can import contacts (shippers, consignees, carriers) and your dangerous goods catalogue in bulk. We recommend trying with a small batch (around 10 records) first; we send back a clean error report and any successful records are imported, so you can fix and re-import without duplicates. Once you are on a paid plan, we send you the products template that contains the regulatory database.
