The database, the application server and the file system are duplicated, the service is monitored around the clock and backups are made daily in two independent locations. A consignment that cannot be documented is a lorry that does not leave, and that is the risk this infrastructure exists to remove.

Creating a consignment in DGAssistant

Using DGAssistant is quick and easy. Every function is designed to be as direct as possible: the application assists -hence the name- by guiding the user, proposing what fits and leaving out what does not apply.

The exemption of 1.1.3.6, the packing instruction, the segregation of the container or the quantity limit of a passenger aircraft are calculated by the application. The person in front of the screen decides; they do not have to look the answer up.
