Why the company exists

DGAssistant Software was founded with one clear idea: solving the problems of the professionals who work with dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals and waste, with software that is reliable and easy to use. That was the motivation behind every line of code, and it still is.

It also does some good: every consignment that travels correctly documented, correctly packed and correctly segregated is a risk that does not reach a road, a port or an aircraft.

Where we come from

DGAssistant Software is the result of the collaboration of three parties: EsteDigital Consulting, an information technology consultancy; the University of Burgos; and leading dangerous goods consultants.

EsteDigital Consulting was founded in 1998 developing corporate management software. After projects for large companies and financial institutions, it decided to specialise in software for dangerous goods and risk prevention.

The University of Burgos, through its office for the transfer of research results, and with members of its Department of Computer Languages and Systems, contributed the technological knowledge and support behind DGAssistant.

We have ADR and IATA certified safety advisers on the team and we are advised by leading experts in dangerous goods, with more than ten years of work with companies such as Renault and Bridgestone.

Our passion is building reliable software that is pleasant to use, so that you enjoy using it as much as we enjoyed making it.

We like making things simple. We work every day so that managing dangerous goods is as straightforward as it can be, because complexity in this field is not a feature: it is where mistakes come from.
