Structure of your organization
In our attempt to reduce repetitive tasks to a minimum, we have created a structure for organizing companies that is simple but very useful, because it allows you to manage large numbers of customers of any size easily. It is also possible to define company groups. What is this function for? So you only have to do things once, saving a lot of time.
For instance, if you define a good or a recipient at company level, all its centers can use these automatically, and if they are defined at group level, all centers for all companies in the group can use them.
User permissions
The level to which each user can modify or access data can be configured independently. For instance, a user can be configured to read (or use) all goods up to group level but with the ability to write (or create) only at work center level.
